Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular, or in plural.

- Aerchain follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.
Data Security
Aerchain implements security measures to protect user data, including data encryption, multi-factor authentication, regular security audits, and ongoing employee training on data protection best practices. Our servers are hosted in Cloud (AWS platform ). We also regularly back up our data to prevent loss in case of system failure or disaster. We only retain user data for as long as it is necessary and securely delete it when no longer needed. Overall, we strive to ensure the highest level of security for our users’ data.
Social Media Policy
As a SaaS company, we may collect data from social media platforms. We only collect data that is relevant to providing our services and do not share this data with any third party. The collected data is processed to provide our services, such as analytics or advertising, and is securely stored in our servers in compliance with data protection laws and our own privacy policy. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, which we will fulfill in a timely manner. We delete the data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected or upon user request.
